Our Fee Structure

  • Consultation per hour or part thereof: R 1 700.00
  • Criminal Matters First consultation per hour or part thereof: R 1 500.00
  • Court appearance per hour or part thereof: R 1 500.00
  • Bail applications (minimum): R 4 500.00
  • Criminal and Civil trials (minimum per appearance): R 3 000.00
  • Drafting: R 1 500.00 per hour
  • Letters written: R 150.00
  • Estate Matters: 3.5% on the value of the estate
  • Receipt and perusal of letters and documents (per page): R 100.00
  • Telephone attendance: R 25.00
  • Service and filing of pleadings and notices: R 200.00
  • Travel claim: R 5.00 per kilometer
  • Copies: R 3.00 per copy
  • Pensioners receive 50% off on all the above-mentioned fees.
